1. Can I order custom blind sizes on your website?
Yes, we offer the option to input your own measurements for a custom fit. Measure the shortest point of the width and height of your window and deduct 3-5mm off your shortest measurements of the drop and the width.
2. Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we have over 1000 qualified trade partners throughout the of whole of the UK and Ireland.
3. What materials are your blinds made of?
Our blinds are made with a combination of aluminum, PVC, and fabric.
4. How do I clean my blinds?
We recommend wiping down the blinds with a damp cloth and mild soap. For fabric blinds, spot cleaning or gentle machine washing is also an option.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. However, we are constantly expanding and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
6. How long does it typically take for an order to arrive?
Orders generally arrive within 15 – 20 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
7. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for orders of 10 or more blinds. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
8. Can I have my window open and the blind closed?
We would advice you not to as on some occasions it can cause suction
9. Can the blind/mesh come out of the track
In the unlikely event, where your blind comes out of its track, just simply push the fabric back into the runner and do not operate whilst the blind is unseated. Do not have the window open when the honeycomb blind is fully closed.
